How get base file/new/label to list my database? It only lists Bibliography database that is not mine

how do I get Base file/new/label to list my database (from where I selected the above)? It only lists a Bibliography database that is not mine. It previously worked fine, so is it a glitch in the prog update?

Tools▸Options▸Base▸Databases▸New▸select the database to be registered

Thank you - it works now. I needed to register the database using Base menu Options/Libre Office Base/Databases.
