e2d3 (=Excel to D3(=Data-Driven Documents, most popular library for defining charts and other data visualisations)) delivers unlimited charting options to Excel, including using data from the web. It’s open source. I’d love it on Calc, which I prefer over Excel. If possible also working with other browsers (=Internet Explorer in Excel) please
