In Excel you can insert pictures in any part of the header. I looked in Libre Office Calc Spreadsheet but didn’t see an option like that.

I disagree with marking my answer here “correct”, and closing this “accepted”. OP didn’t indicate this, and in fact, there may be different reasons why this might not be an acceptable solution is specific cases.
Marking any answer “correct” is a very responsible act, possibly requiring the most responsibility here, since it is the most visible to users who search for answers to similar questions. Doing that incorrectly makes this site’s value equal to zero.
You can consider setting the header’s background to an image: Format->Page->Header->More…->Background->As: Image
