How to add new 5.3 default cell styles to existing document

I’m working on an existing document in LibreOffice Calc, and want to use the new default cell styles for Status; Bad, Error, Good, Neutral, etc. Can these be imported rather than created individually?

Two possible solutions. Disclaimer - I haven’t tried them:

1. Open a new 5.3 document and insert your current document with Insert | File
2. Select and copy your entire document - Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C - and paste it into a new 5.3 document

I want to add to this: you may use Sheet->Select Sheets… → select all (use Ctrl/Shift) → Sheet-> Move or Copy Sheet… → To document: --new document-- - this will create the new document with all selected sheets and new styles.
