Missing Row in XLSX Spreadsheet

I have a very simple spreadsheet that I download in xlsx format from a financial web site. When opened in Excel, it is fine. When opened in LibreOffice

Version: 5.3.0.3 (x64)
Build ID: 7074905676c47b82bbcfbea1aeefc84afe1c50e1
Windows 10 (x64)

one row appears to be missing. In fact, it is there, but it has zero height. A careful row height adjustment will expand it to visibility.

Here is a link to the sample file: Dropbox - File Deleted

Is this a known bug? If not, how should I report it? Needless to say, it’s easy to miss this in a download with many rows and it can really foul up calculations if one does not notice and expand the invisible row.

Looks like a possible duplicate of https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34717

If you want report a new one http://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/feedback/

Thanks for the link to the existing bug. I suspect that this is different, but I will investigate.

After investigation, determined that this is a problem with the formatting of the file. Strangely, the document opens with row 4 at a proper height in Office 2010, Google Docs, and DropBox. In contrast, row 4 shows up with a one-pixel height in Excel 2007, Calc, and with Microsoft’s latest Excel viewer. In any event, it’s not a problem with Calc.
