CALC / libreoffice 5.3 same problem… 3 years now and this is not fixed !?
images do not follow their cell position (anchor to cell, position lock) when above rows automatically adjust after ‘wrap text’, or paste wrapped text cells, or ‘shrink to fit cell size’ (format cells / alignment tab)
