As long as each RDP user has his own, separate, desktop, LO won’t know a difference.
Your problems will arise from CPU and RAM usage.
If the computer doesn’t have a real GPU, you likely have to disable OpenGL and OpenCL (or use the software implementation of OpenCL, but it might or not work better than no OpenCL) in LO’s settings.
