Change entire line background doesn't work

Hi,
I’ve an .csv file, and if I change some text, it’s ok.

But if I change the background color of an entire line, it’s doesn’t work.

• I’m clicking on the number and choose a color with “background color”: it’s ok.
• I save : it’s ok
• I close and reopen the file : the background color is white !!!

Can you help me please ?

.csv is a text-only format, that is incapable of storing any formatting, only data (and even that only in a limited way). Use a different format (preferably ODS, as it’s the native for Calc) if you need this functionality.
