The file contains links to other files. Whether to update the links?

Hi,

I download Calc file from internet and save it to My Documents.
When I open it from local, warning message:
The file contains links to other files. Whether to update the links? Yes/No

Q1: How do I see these links?
Q2: How can I remove all the links the whole document at one time?

Thanks

Ciao,

A1: in the singular cells

A2: I think it is impossible, you must remove one by one.

The links may not be part of formulas. A data range imported and still linked to the external data shoud be manageable via >‘Sheet’>‘Link to External Data…’ in recent versions of Calc. You also can break the link there and thus make the already imported data set persistent. Older versions may have the respective submenu item under ‘Insert’. (The current ‘Insert’>‘Link…’ is completely different.)
“Whole document at one time” won’t be achievable by standard tools, probably. (I next to never use such links.)
