I just downloaded the newest version and I hate it, it is to slow loading and closing and I am not a fan of all the changes.
I am an older senior and changes are not my favorite things any more, though I do love Windows 10 and my Quad core.
So how do I change back to the older version before this current one?

You need to uninstall the latest version of LibreOffice and after that install the older version again.

To uninstall on windows 10: Control Panel → Programs and Features and then choose the newer version of LibreOffice to uninstall. AFTER THAT, you can then install the older version of LibreOffice.
