how to download an old version

Is there a place to download an older version?

May be here ?
(This directory can be found so )

I have an old 32-bit laptop that I like to use at home (Acer Aspire 5515). I have LibreOffice 6 on it and would like to upgrade it to v6.2.8.2 since it is the latest (and last) 32-bit version of LibreOffice. I found the site, Index of /libreoffice/old/6.2.8.2, but I am uncertain about what to do now. I would be surprised if I should download each and every link individually. Do I use some sort of apt-get command with the above URL? I am running the most recent version of Xubuntu (Bionic Beaver?). the Software Center did not give me an option to upgrade/install anything newer than v6. I am still a bit of a newbie and really appreciate the help. Thanks so much!
Respectfully,
Rob

To get the 32-bit Debian LibreOffice version 6.2.8.2, do I use the page’s top download link only, https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/6.2.8.2/deb/x86/LibreOffice_6.2.8.2_Linux_x86_deb.tar.gz, and use an “apt-get” command of some sort?
