What font(s) are used to replace droid serif

I have received a document in font droid serif, which has been replaced. How can I tell what font it is in now?

You might try the TestFonts extension which gives some information that may help.

Not really practical, but works: export the file to PDF and check its properties on a PDF viewer for a list of the embedded fonts.
