How do you select the entire content of a single heading section without clicking and dragging?

Creating heading sections allows the organization of content. Copying and pasting allows for the transfer of content between media, but requires selecting the text. Clicking and dragging a large amount of text is impractical.

This refers to text organized under the “Heading” “style” and not the “header” section.

If I understand the question correctly:

• In the sidebar, display the Navigator.
• Right click on the title to copy, choose Drag Mode▸Insert as Copy
• Drag the title to the target document.

All corresponding text will be copied.

that’s fine for copying large block, but what about deleting that selection?
