I downloaded what I thought was a template, it scanned safe of virustotal... but now I see something about "remote server'

After I tried to use this template I see an option to "save to remote server’. This was not there before. I don’t understand how these templates work but I find it unnerving it now mentions this remote server thing.

Does it sound like I have downloaded some malware or does it often say “remote” at the top left of the screen where the file name is?

Are you sure that “This was not there before”, or did you just become more cautious because of using something downloaded from an external site, and mentioned something that you just overlooked previously?
