Several documents I was working on would not save. Now all pages blank and drop-down menus are blank too.
I uninstalled and reinstalled but still cannot access my files.
It’s urgent that I access a.s.a.p so any help would be appreciated.
(I’m not very technical so simple instructions please)
Reset your user profile. See Frequently asked questions - General - The Document Foundation Wiki - important: rename the folder, don’t delete it.
Thank you floris but sadly nothing is working. When I try to open Home page I just get the old blank spreadsheets which I can’t do anything with. My PC man is coming to sort. Thanks again
