It would be nice if the installer for Windows had an option to install in LibreOffice folder instead of Libre Office with a version number. That way upgrades would not kill the shortcuts in the Quick Launch bar, etc. I have deployed it to our organization, but each time I upgrade, say from 3.5 to 3.6, it is in Libre Office x+1 and my users’ shortcuts still point to Libre Office x. This needlessly breaks it and causes extra work.
Please change that or at least make an installation option that will allow it be installed into the same folder with no version number at the end, i.e, just
Libre Office or LibreOffice.
