How can I configure .DOC files to open with LibreOffice on Windows 7? [closed]

How can I associate .DOC files for example with libre office. When I select "open with" Libreoffice can't be found. It is in Program files x86. Using Windows 7 Pro

I repeat When I select "open with" Libreoffice is not there as an option!

Hi @davidlast, Have you found an answer to your problem? Please make sure you have the latest build installed, and then see if you can associate DOC files with LibreOffice. Thanks!

Are you sure that this steps don't help to fix .doc files association: *.doc file -> Menu -> Open With -> Choose default program -> Browse -> c:\Program Files\LibreOffice 3.5\program\swriter.exe -> Open -> Ok ?
