Base, Table data disappearing

Using LO Base, I have had all of the data in one table disappear, not once, but twice in as many days. It is a table of member phone numbers. The numbers are maintained in a Form/sub-form table to add, change or delete, and in a second Form sub-form table to add new members (similar to the first). When testing the process, everything seems to work fine; adds, changes and deletions in both Forms. I've not been able to identify an occasion to cause this. From your intuition, do you have a suggestion of where to begin to look to solve this? Luckily I had a backup and was able to restore the data each time. Thanks in advance, Joe
