LibO Download: Why is the 3.5.0 release "recommended"? It has poor (almost beta) quality.

Don't get me wrong: I don't want to rant. I just want to know why LibreOffice traits its users as fools. This is not a good policy IMHO. Release 3.5.0 still has so many bugs that it should not be recommended without explanation for normal users. It's ok to recommend it to Early Adopters, but Joe Average should be offered 3.4.5 or 3.3.4.
