I'm trying to create an animated GIF in LO4.4.5 on Windows XPsp3 (English). Documentation indicates that this can (only) be done in Impress. Following the help instructions, I am able to make an animated image from graphic primitives but only if the duration for each image is one second or longer. If I enter a shorter time, such as 0.5, the result is just a static view of one of the constituent images. This doesn't appear to be a presentation problem because I can insert a much faster animated GIF (which, incidentally, I created a long time ago using Star Office) and Impress shows it correctly.
