2014-06-23 13:35:50 +0200 asked a question Is there a way to change the colors of inactive menu items?

Hello, I have changed my KDE apearance for an almost black background. In LO (writer or calc), it does not seem to change everything (as could be expected for non-KDE applications). One pb remains. The inactive links in the menu are black on almost black. Is there a way to change the colors of inactive links somewhere in the LO parameters or something else ?

Anybody had the same experience and can help ?

2013-10-23 11:27:48 +0200 asked a question Why can't I get past the 'address block' step in the Mail Merge wizard on Ubuntu?

Hi there,

My pb looks the same as someone else's but was not solved. Here is what I did :

  • I have address entries in a spreadsheet that I saved in .csv and .ods formats (just to try them both).
  • The first line has the names of the fields.
  • I have placed the name of the fields in <brackets> in the .odt document that I intend to merge with the adresses.
  • From that document, I went to Tools>Mailing Wizard.
  • I am "using the actual document" (Next) It's a "Letter" (Next).
  • Then I have to insert an address block, so I click on the button to "select an address list" and I choose the spreadsheet.

Now, whatever the format or notwithstanding the fact that I cleaned the spreadsheet from anything that will not be merged, the Next button is grey and cannot be depressed (unlike me :-))).

I use Version: 4.1.2.3 Build ID: 410m0(Build:3) with Ubuntu 13.10

What do I do wrong ? Can someone help please ?
