Continuous "Adaptive Row Height"

CALC sheet with 40,000 rows, 5 columns. No big complicated formulas.

Each time I click in a new cell, edit a cell, delete a row, etc the row height is recalculated.
It only takes a few seconds, but is annoying!

CTRL-M on all rows, on whole column, on cells.
Still recalculates with EVERY click!

Any ideas?

GOT IT!
Needed to Select all rows,
R-click on row #,
Select “ROW HEIGHT”, not “OPTIMUM HEIGHT”,
I chose 0.25"

All is well.
