Se prima avevi la versione x86, che significa a 32bit è probabile che anche la versione del tuo sistema operativo sia a 32 bit. Prova a ricontrollare le proprietà del sistema (non il processore) per verificare che sia a 64 bit.
In ogni caso prova a scaricare la versione 6.4.2 a 32 bit, che funziona anche sui sistemi a 64.
