I just got windows 10 and downloaded libre office. When opening a presentation I made on my previous version of Windows in libre office impress, some slides have minor changes (positioning, font size, image changes). These slides have several big black circles on them in slide view, as well. Does anybody know why this is, how to get them to go away, or better yet how to open the presentation in this new version of libre office and have it look the same as when I last edited it in another version?
I suggest you show us a screen shot of that.
It’s afflicted me too. Happened after LibreOffice crashed and failed to recover some data. See screenshot.

It looks like a problem in rendering the bullets correctly in the thumbnails. Please report the bug at https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice
