I don’t have a Microsoft Word program. I do have Adobe Export PDF.

LibreOffice Writer can directly export .odt files to .pdf files. I strongly recommend embedding the .odt file into the PDF to make editing the PDF much easier. PDFs with embedded .odt files can be easily edited using Writer.
