LibreOffice crashes on start after all files in My Document deleted

After I deleted all files in My Document folder (Windows 7 64bit) it became impossible to run LibreOffice 4.
On startup LibreOffice crashes without any chance to prevent it. The same behavior when started by clicking on a document.
But
if I start it with “Run as administrator” it works.

My first step was to install the newest version of LibreOffice (5.1.3.2). (without uninstall the existing one)
It continues to crash on startup. (and yes> I tried to reboot the system  )

Additional info:
Here is Event Viewer entry about the crash:

– I tried to delete all files in user profile /backup folder

Huh.
After User profile restart (renamed “user” folder inside: %AppData%\Roaming\LibreOffice\4) LibreOffice works again.
But: that is not solution… I have many styling and table autoformat stuff in that profile…
If anyone knows what exactly could be wrong in the profile - please let me know.
