You could always do a copy/paste, you could also Export it as a PDF file and Attach it to your email.

Edit: You could also just save it to your computer (keep track of where you saved it) and then from your email program, Attach it to your email.
I could save the doc to (C; any name), Then how do I get Yahoo to look there?
I don’t know how to do any of those things.
