Libre Office on openSUSE stops scrolling

Hello I’m using Libre Office on openSUSE Tumbleweed (KDE desktop) and I have a problem when using the touchpad or mouse when scrolling in a document.

When I click somewhere in my taskbar (Wifi, audio, clipboard) and switching back to Libre Office I can not scroll anymore with the mouse or when using the touchpad the scrolling gets very stuttering.

To solve it I have to minimize the document and maximize it again. Or I can switch to another program like Firefox and then back to Libre Office. I have to redo the procedure every time I do something in the taskbar.

I checked also other programs (firefox) but it only appears when using Libre Office.

I also created a topic at the opensuse forums when you for more information.

Would be very cool when somebody could reproduce the bug.

Thank you very much.

I experienced this exact issue just now on Archlinux with the KDE/Plasma desktop.
The issue also went away for me after minimizing and re-focusing Libreoffice.
