Missing reviewing features: 'Next change', 'Accept' on a selection

I’m in the process of switching from MS-Word (aren’t we all?). I’m working on a document with ‘track changes’ enabled. I want to:

  • Move to the next/previous change after wherever my cursor is.
  • Mark a bunch of text and accept/reject all changes in my selection.

This can be done in MS-Word, but the reviewing toolbar doesn’t seem to have these buttons. Is the functionality missing or can I expose it somehow?

Hi,

-Move to the next/previous change after wherever my cursor is

→ Edit - Changes - Accept or Record Changes
A dialog will open and the tab List will help you to determine by highligting. I think the opposite is not possible. Feel free to fill a bug report for this feature request https://www.libreoffice.org/get-help/bug/ or https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=LibreOffice&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED please share the link as #fdo(bugno) here.

*Mark a bunch of text and accept/reject all changes in my
selection.

→ Partial acceptance rejection is currently now possible. I’ve filled a feature request #fdo58723

I hope this two missing features will be available soon.

Zeki
