What the hell did I pay for here? $10 bucks and I cant even figure out how to access a ‘resume,’ template!

@iamtommay, you are obviously frustrated, so let’s approach from that perspective. Your question: “What the hell did I pay for here?” seems to indicate some misunderstanding.
Let’s first discuss what you paid. LibreOffice is free, although donations are accepted and appreciated.
Second, your question implies that you believe you are communicating directly with employees of The Document Foundation. In fact, you are not.
The folks in this forum are volunteers. @mariosv was kind enough to answer your question.
