Personalization Theme Not Working

I have the current version, 5.4.3.2 (my system is Windows 10 Home 64-bit, Version 1709, Build 16299.64), that I just installed last night (12/5/2017) and I went to add a theme because the new version said that the Notebookbar now supports themes, but when I go to Tools–>Options–>Personalization, it says that the theme “cannot be opened right now, try again later” when I paste a URL for a theme, nor will it find any results when I enter a search term.

I also know that in the previous version that it did the same thing when I tried to apply a theme without the Notebookbar enabled.

Thank you for your response. I have already read that question and followed the link, but since I know nothing about code and modifying .xcu file, I guess I’ll just wait and see if the next version will have the problem fixed.
