How do i disable calc grid page grids

i’m fiddling around in a spreadsheet and see that some column lines are darker than others, how do I disable that?
I’m thinking it has something to do with printing, but can’t figure out where to disable this. I am never going to print this.

Ciao, in Format > Page > Sheet uncheck Grid.

If my answer helped you, vote it with :heavy_check_mark: and with ∧ (here on the left)

OK, thanks. It has something to do with that, but I’m not sure that it works correctly:

If I open a new spreadsheet, I do not see the grid. When I check it, the grid appears. But when I uncheck the grid, it does not dissappear.

And when I open a new spreadsheet, select the grid (it appears) and close the file, only to open it again immediately, the grid is gone. The grid option is however still checked. When I check that, the grid appears.

In my existing file, I had to check the grid box and reload the file in order to get rid of the grid. (so: grid option checked, but no grid)

That is not how it is supposed to work, is it?
