I’m new to Libreoffice and have just found that whatever I have open will close to a black screen whenever I open Kaspersky Safe Money. Running Windows 10. Any advice appreciated.
Seems I was using the wrong version of LO. Changed from 5.3 to 5.4 which did the trick. A helpful response in the Kaspersky forum gave me the answer. (As a strictly low volume user I didn’t seem to fit the descriptions given for either version when I first downloaded.)
Thanks for sharing this! Looks like the topic is this. It is confusing, since there’s no “wrong” version. We just recommend more tested version for those who values stability over features. Maybe Kaspersky has made some exceptions for the 5.4, or we somehow became compatible.
My primary idea is that you file a bug report at Kaspersky. As a customer, you could inform them about the problem. Remember, that until the problem is reported, it doesn’t exist for developers.
