In Calc, double-click an empty cell in your header row. In the pop-up menu select “Insert Field” then choose “Sheet Name”. That cell can be formatted as you like. It does not automatically update if you rename the sheet. But you can force the update on all sheets by using CTRL + Shift + F9 anywhere in the same document.
