Envelopes from a database

Following my earlier post which gave me answer in Portuguese, which I cannot read, I have progressed a little bit but am still stuck.

I have created a database Addresses.odb

It has five fields (Name, Address 1 to 4)

I want to print DL envelopes from this database to my HP Envy 8250 printer.

I cannot find a list of instructions that work for me.

I create new text document > insert > Envelopes and in the addessee box add the five fields I press New document when I get a preview of the envelope showing where the fields will print.

Where do I go from there Do I save as an odt file? having done that where do I go next. If I open that odt file how do I get my actual addresses to send to the printer?
