how do I import files fro Microsoft excel
Start LibreOffice, use File | Open to open the file.
Open LibreOffice and find the MSOffice files, than just open them, LO will automatically import them. I use MegaCloud and have all of my files on it so I can find them easily.
You might want to use the Document Covnerter, wizard. It allows you to convert MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint and Publisher documents in bulk.
The wizard is located in the File menu under Wizards.
