MS Visio has many stencils including Electrical Engineering, IDef0, Electronic design etc. I want to prepare drawing for syatem logic. Hence has to use AND gate, OR gate etc. Are these blocks available in Draw?

@horst, @ROSt53, I have fixed the links, and added an extra one in. Last one is likely the most useful.
Check out http://extensions.libreoffice.org/extension-center/libresymbols.
It includes more than 200 symbols and soon there will be more.
For logic circuits please use the german (de) edition, with the next release the english version will contain the logic symbols as well.
Don’t forget to set the grid in Draw to 0.25 x 0.25 cm!
