First, you should get yourself familiar with Master slides. Read Chapter 2 of Impress guide, if you haven't already. Then, when you do edit Master slide, put cursor in "Slide Number Area" (usually in lower right part) and choose Insert → Fields → Page Count. Provide additional text or formatting as needed. Of course you can put page count field directly at your slide, but then you must ensure that it does appear on each slide, preferably at the same place. Master slides were invented to take away that burden from you. 2013-05-20 21:26:10 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Autodidata (fonte) 2013-05-20 21:26:10 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Pajé (fonte) 2013-05-20 21:25:56 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Pergunta famosa (fonte) 2013-03-12 18:04:00 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Acadêmico (fonte) 2013-01-30 14:46:08 +0100 Respondeu uma pergunta Modify existing conditional formatting range in Calc Format paintbrush, paste special (Ctrl+Alt+V) and manual editing of content.xml are the best ways in LO 3.6. In LO 4.0 (due to release in February 2013) and later, there is "Edit" button in conditional formatting dialog. You can simply select set of rules, click edit and change range it applies to. 2013-01-29 15:35:41 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Pergunta notável (fonte) 2013-01-24 16:59:50 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Pergunta popular (fonte) 2013-01-04 14:14:17 +0100 Pergunta comentada What's the best workout for a 13 year old lad? Sorry, but how is this question related to LibreOffice? I understand you might have some problems, but you should talk about them on specialist, or more generic, bulletin board. 2013-01-04 14:12:55 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Patrulheiro (fonte) 2012-12-04 14:03:31 +0100 Respondeu uma pergunta Table: Default spacing to contents? You can create new Table Autoformat based on your existing table properties. I think - but am not sure - that spacing to content is remembered in Autoformat only since 3.6. So if you are still using 3.5.7 (or earlier), you must upgrade. But Table Autoformats are not written in templates, so if you want to share your template with someone, this is total no-go. Or you can simply create new paragraph styles that will be applied to table cells. But again - user of your template must know that he has to apply paragraph style to table. 2012-11-28 21:08:40 +0100 Respondeu uma pergunta Can you finding specific formatting and then replace text? In Search and replace, open More options. Then, check "Format..." that you like. Also check "Regular expressions". In "Search for" input .* (dot, asterisk) In "Replace with" input & (basically: your text, ampersand) Press "Replace All" This will search for any text inside paragraph and replace it with your text + matched string (that is: entire paragraph). 2012-11-28 09:49:23 +0100 Resposta comentada When we'll finally see a new UI? Anyone interested in productive discussion and actual work on new UI should get in touch with LO design team: You can also try general developers mailing list and TDF discussion list (in regards of separate fund rising campaign): 2012-11-27 16:02:59 +0100 Resposta comentada When we'll finally see a new UI? I will tell you why no one has answered this question yet: because we (users of this site) are LibreOffice users that try to help other users by answering their question regarding usage of LibreOffice. Most of us are not associated with TDF or LibreOffice development in any way. This question is simply asked in wrong place. 2012-11-20 18:47:31 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Torcedor (fonte) 2012-11-19 21:39:15 +0100 Respondeu uma pergunta Calc: make cell red if the value is above given? There are few things to consider. First, do you have "Red" and "Green" styles defined? If not, you must first define them (read chapter 4 of Calc guide for additional informations). Second, do you want to change style of reference cell (B3), or another cell? If you want to change style of B3 cell, then you must use CURRENT() function, that will return calculated value of current cell in time of evaluation. And remember that STYLE() function always returns zero. You can simply add it to your formula. So, to make reference cell red if it's value is above given, use this formula: =4 + STYLE(IF(CURRENT()>3,"Red","Green")) For larger dataset you will find that conditional formatting is more convenient. You will find it under "Format" menu. You can read more about conditional formatting in chapter 2 of mentioned Calc Guide. 2012-11-19 01:36:49 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Professor (fonte) 2012-11-18 16:58:13 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Editor (fonte) 2012-11-18 16:56:44 +0100 Respondeu uma pergunta how to convert a number into minutes? As moggi pointed out, time in Calc is just number. In fact, integers count as days (since 30 December 1899), while fractions count as part of days. So, to answer your question, you might ask yourself: how big portion of day is 10 minutes? There are 24 hours in a day, each hour has 60 minutes; there are 1440 minutes in a day. So, one minute is 1/1440, or 1/(24*60), which is exactly 0,00069(4). But since you have more than just one minute, you must multiply that fraction by number of minutes (B1 value). This is B1*1/1440, or simply B1/1440. So, your formula might be: =A1+B1/1440 2012-11-14 19:34:25 +0100 Resposta comentada Modify existing conditional formatting range in Calc Let's say: on entire dataset. Each row is one employee. In most columns I want to have "time" format, but last column must be "currency" format (this is their payment, premium or whatever, computed on sum of their working hours). I also want conditional formatting on entire table to find out people who have worked more than X and (separately) less than Y. 2012-11-12 23:09:12 +0100 Respondeu uma pergunta Modify existing conditional formatting range in Calc JohnSUN: thanks for your answer. However, Format Paintbrush has one drawback - it also applies any direct formatting from source cell to destination cell(s). This makes it not-so-usefull in some user-cases. But it's good to know that there is another way to do it :) . 2012-11-12 15:32:45 +0100 Perguntou Modify existing conditional formatting range in Calc Hi How can I modify conditional formatting range in Calc? Let's say I have created conditional formatting for cells A1:C4 and I want to expand it for A1:E5. I know I can save file, unzip it, modify content.xml, zip it up again and load in LO, but this is tiresome. Alternatively I can select new range of cells and create new conditional formatting with exactly the same conditions. It is sensible workaround if I have only one condition, but is not in case there are few of them. I am using LO 3.6.3 with redesigned conditional formatting dialog windows. 2012-11-06 19:57:35 +0100 Medalha recebida ● Autobiógrafo
