Error message in Libre Calc

I went to open a spreadsheet this morning and received the following error message:

  *Component cannot be loaded, possibly broken or incomplete installation.*
  *Full error message:*

  * loading component library                                                                                            
  <file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/program/../program/sclo.dll> failed.*

This happened after an update to Libre uploaded. Any suggestions to correct this problem?

Restart Windows (not power off).
If LibreOffice still cannot start then go to Control Panel - Programs & Features, right click LibreOffice and select Repair

Thanks. I ended up re-installing Libre to fix the issue.
