Can’t find anything in help files on this but maybe I’m looking in all the wrong places…
There are a number of ways to do this depending on your needs:

- Simple copy/paste

In case of different Headers/Footers and in case of different paragraph styles (with identical names) rename identical page styles and paragraph styles before you start the above mentioned procedure of @robleyd:

Probably insert as sections and delete sections after merging the files…
