After updating to LibreOffice Version 6.4.2.2 under Ubuntu 18.04 the file dialog has changed to an layout like Windows. I missed the system file dialog as it was before. I checked usesystemfiledialog, its value is “true”.
I attach the Infos and the currrent file dialog.
What can I do to see a Ubuntu file dialog?

you miss the GTK3 support package - perform:
sudo apt install libreoffice-gtk3
(May be other packages of your system - not related to LibreOffice - are also messed up).

Installing libreoffice-gtk3 solves the problem.
I don’t understand why, because it was working before and updating the system results in this error. If a libreoffice update changes requieremnts then those requieremnts should be automatically installed.
But now I have a new (allready known error) again: The scroll arrows are missing! Will try to solve that.
LibreOffice supports multiple desktop environments (DE) and toolkits. Previous LibreOffice versions had gtk2 and kde4 support. Since you didn’t state, which packages you installed (TDF or Ubuntu) and which DE or toolkit you normally use, I’ll just list them all:
Just to mention: PNG Version of LibreOffice in OP’s post seems to indicate, that PPA/Ubuntu packages are used (Build ID string).
