How would you UNinstall just the Calc program for libreoffice 6.2 via command line or a script for windows?

There is no such thing as the Calc program. LibreOffice is a monolithic suite. Calc, Writer, Impress etc. are merely different interfaces to common libraries. In Linux, you can actually uninstall separate interfaces (but you won’t gain much disk space), but not in Windows (as I remember).
