How to get visible selection button in freeze column with data validation while horizontal sheet scrolling

1. I froze the first column.
2. I applied data validation based on cell range.
3. Data selection button is shown right of the cell.
4. When I scroll the sheet to right, the button is never appeared until I scroll back.
5. How to show up the selection button while scrolling?
