Writer vertical alignment centering

For a short business letter, how do I center the text of the letter, top to bottom of the page?

I know I can use spaces and eye ball it, but is there a vertical alignment feature (similar to the horizontal centering feature)?

There is no vertical alignment function for text on Writer, but you can insert your text on a Frame (Insert → Frame) and then centre the frame itself.
