If I try to create an impress presentation I get

Object not accessible.
The object cannot be accessed
due to insufficient user rights.

But I do not get it on any other documents Why is this?

I am facing a very similar problem since last week.

I get the same error message as above, when I try to create an new presentation with impress: “Object not accessible. The object cannot be accessed due to insufficient user rights”

However, Calc, writer and draw are all working fine.
I can still open and edit my old presentations made in impress.

LibreOffice version 5.1.6.2, Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Same problem here - LO 6.0.0.3 Win10.
