I had a recent update from LibreOffice. When I want to use Calc, I open a spreadsheet, but then I want to introduce a LO-Calc plant. It shows me the recovery window and after recovering the file, even if I can open it, it crashes again !? Is this known? What should I do to correct this? I tried to open LO-Writer and this problem does not appear.

i think this part could be translated clearer:
… I open a spreadsheet, but when I want to introduce a piece of data, LO-Calc crashes.

Google translate obviously leaves a little to be desired.

I had a similar problem and found that I had to stop using the .ods format and use .xls instead, then everything worked.

I’d mark it -1. It’s obviously bad advise. I only don’t set this mark because I hope that intention was not bad. Unless you give a strong evidence that there actually exists such a problem with native format, it’s plain wrong to switch from native format to partially (and poorly)-supported foreign format.

I want to keep using LO, and having looked for more in FAQ, a solution exists. I updated the data of user of LO. Everything works again.
