Loss of precision when exporting to CSV

When converting a table in Libreoffice calc to a CSV file, my numbers loose some precision. E.g. when I click on a specific cell, it shows:

-79.9952437087173

When I store this file as a CSV file, it shows the following number:

-79.9952437087

Is there a way to fix this?

Suppose the 'Numbers' format was set to #0.0000000000 and the actual value given with highest available precision was 15 significant digits (as usual for numbers in Calc).

The cell showed -79.9952437087 (10 decimal places as specified in the format string).
When edited the number was shown as -79.9952437087173 (high precision display of the content).

You wrote to csv with the option 'Save cell content as shown' enabled.
