Writer: Is there any way to have a frame recur on every page?

I'm trying to create a document in writer where more or less every page is 2 title blocks and 2 variable text areas-almost like a worksheet, except I'm filling everything in. I can copy/paste the frames, but it's annyoying. Is there any way to have frames recur automatically in every new page, through templates or styles or some other magic I don't know about, or do I always have to copy past?

Do you actually want a frame containing a constant text / something else identical on all the pages as in two answers is assumed? If so, you can insert the frame in the header or footer of the page style. Changes to the frame in any way made one page will be in effect on any page having the style.
(I read the question otherwise.)

According to Lupp's proposal for showing the constant text (header/footer) I suggest to insert a frame by Auto text; its style is predefined and its content can be individually filled.

Is there any way to have frames recur automatically in every new page - only, if anchored in a header/footer. This can be defined for several page styles even if actually not used in one's edited document...

As m.a.riosv said, you must insert your constant text on the header, but I wish to add that you could assign this header to a specific page style; its preferable to create a new page style and to stablish what will be the following page style. This way, you are able to control those particular headers with a vertical size different or the ordinary header.
