How can I send an email using Libre? It tells me I have to create an association in the default programs control panel, and I can't figure it out.

Windows 10? First, do you have an email client such as Thunderbird installed? If not, you will need one.

Then try this link for information on how to change or set default programs.

I do have windows 10, and i use the default Mail app associated with the program.
