I recently got an upgrade to LO 5.3.4.2 and it seems like this introduced some problems with the gnome integration. I have writer fixed to the Gnome launcher, but when I open a document a second LO writer symbol appears in the launcher. Is there a way to solve this? Thanks for any help!
(Ubuntu 16.04.2, Gnome 3.18.5)

I should add that I have LO installed through a ppa.
edit: I figured it out: I removed LibO from the favorites in the Gnome starter and re-added it as a favorite.
